摘要
“船形”阳极炭块在电解槽中的应用是一种创新工艺。节能减排作用明显,实现了低碳电解工艺。槽中碳渣减少三分之一;吨铝碳耗降低6公斤~11公斤;吨铝工艺交流电耗下降88kWh;使吨铝成本下降80元~90元。并为强化电流和降低电压提供了基础条件和技术支持;为铝电解工艺改善环境。减少二氧化碳排放,应对气候变暖开辟了一条可持续发展的创新路子。
It is a new process to use"ship shape"anode carbon block in pre - baked anode pot, which greatly saves energy and reduces discharging and realizes lower carbon reduction process. It reduces carbon slag by 1/3, carbon consumption by 6kg/t- 11kg/t of aluminum AC power consumption by 88kWh/t of aluminum and production cost by 80 yuan/t-99yuan/t of aluminum. It provides the basic conditions and technical support for intensifying current and lower voltage and breaks a new path for thd ambient improvement in aluminum reduction process and for reducing the discharging carbon dioxide as well.
