摘要
综述我国电解铝清洁生产工艺和技术应用情况,分析存在的问题和国际先进水平的差距。提出从提高阳极电流密度、增加电解槽内衬寿命、减少阳极效应和效应持续时间,以及提高生产设备可靠性等方面进一步提高清洁生产工艺水平,从而降低氟化盐、阴极等原料和能源单耗、提高单槽铝锭产量,减少氟及温室气体和电解槽大修渣等污染物产生量,有利于提高电解烟气集气效率。分析提高电解烟气集气效率、净化效率及稳定运行的途径。
The paper overviews the clean production process and technical application of aluminum electrolysis in China and analyzes the existing problems and the gap from the advanced one in the world. It sets forth measures for clean production process such as increasing current density of anode, increasing service life of lining, reducing anode effects and its duration to decrease specific consumption of fluorides, cathode and energy and to increase the output of single cell, to reduce the pollutants of fluorides, green house gas and spent cell lining. It also analyzes the approach to incerasing of GTC and stable operation.
