摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了镉对中华稻蝗Oxya chinensis急性毒性的影响。对Cd2+急性染毒的中华稻蝗抗氧化酶活性变化研究表明,随着Cd2+浓度的升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性均发生改变。对4龄中华稻蝗注射不同浓度的Cd2+(0,1.2,1.5,2.5,3.5,5.5,7.5mg/mL)溶液,结果表明,这3种酶对于防御机体的损伤起着重要作用。
The acute toxicity influence of cadmium to Oxya chinensis has been studied in this paper. The result of acute toxicity of Cd^2+ on antioxidant enzymes showed that along with the rise of concentration of Cd^2+ , the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and guaiacol peroxidase (GPx) were changed in O. chinensis injected with Cd^2+. Fourh-nymphs were injected at different concentrations (0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.5,3.5, 5.5,7.5 mg/mL) of Cd^2 +. The results showed that the three enzymes played important roles in the anti-damaging mechanisms of reactive oxygen in O. chinensis.
