摘要
研究了饵料淀粉水平对饥饿后日本沼虾生长代谢的影响,探讨营养水平对日本沼虾补偿生长的作用。结果表明,在4d饥饿后,饵料中20%、25%的淀粉水平能使日本沼虾达到完全补偿生长,机体代谢率高于对照组,而8d的饥饿处理,各组日本沼虾的生长代谢均低于对照组,说明饥饿时间及恢复投喂后饵料淀粉水平对日本沼虾补偿生长有一定的影响。
The effects of carbohydrate levels in the diets on the complementary growth and metabolism of the shrimp Macrobrachium nipponense undergoing starvation were studied. The results showed that the diets containing 20% and 25% of starch could make the shrimp experiencing 4 days starvation achieve completely complementary growth and its metabolism rate was higher than the control group. However, the growth rate and metabolism rate of shrimps experiencing 8 days starvation were lower than control group, no matter which diets the shrimps were fed. The data suggested that starvation time and carbohydrate levels in diets used to feed the shrimp revealed certain effect on complementary growth and metabolism.
