HPLC法同时测定心脑联通胶囊中丹酚酸B和大豆苷元的含量

Simultaneous determination of two components in Xinnaoliantong capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定心脑联通胶囊中丹酚酸B和大豆苷元含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。Diamonsil ODS柱（200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm），以甲醇-体积分数为0.1 %磷酸水溶液（体积比为41.5∶58.5）为流动相，流速为1.0 mL·min^-1，柱温为35℃，检测波长为280 nm。结果丹酚酸B质量浓度在19.2 - 153.6 mg·L^-1内、大豆苷元质量浓度在2.8 - 22.4 mg·L^-1内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 7。方法平均回收率分别为100.8 %（RSD = 1.0 %） 和99.2%（RSD = 1.1 %）。结论本方法操作简便，测定结果准确可靠，可用于心脑联通胶囊的质量控制。

To develop a quantitative method for determination of salvianolic acid B and daidzeinin Xinnaoliantong（traditional Chinese medicine）capsules by HPLC. Method Diamonsil ODS column （200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol - 0.1 % H3PO4 （V∶V=41.5∶58.5）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature was 35℃. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result The calibration cure was linear within the range of 19.2 - 153.6 mg·L^-1 （r = 0.999 5） and 2.8-22.4 mg·L^-1（r = 0.999 7） for salvianolic acid B and daidzein, respectively; the average recoveries were 100.8 % （RSD = 1.0 %） and 99.2 % （RSD = 1.1 %） for salvianolic acid B and daidzein, respectively. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xinnaoliantong capsules.
