摘要
介绍一种回收利用炼厂干气的热电联供的热力系统。采用新型的干气与煤混合燃烧的链条炉,利用炼厂干气作为燃煤的补充。根据能源梯级使用的原则,应用热电联供的方式,同时供应电力和蒸汽,消灭了炼厂的火炬,既节约了能源,产生了一定的经济效益,又保护了环境。该系统充分考虑了过程的安全、环保和效益等方面新技术的应用。
Introduced a thermodynamic system using refinery dry gas for the thermoelectricity union-supplication.The system used a novel chain link stove with hybrid burning of dry gas and coal,using the gas as partial supplement of fuel.According to use principle of the energy stave usage,the system supplied both low pressure steam and electricity and eliminated refinery torch.It fully played the function of energy conservation,efficiency and environmental friendly.The system had fully considered positive use of the technologies for safety,environment and efficiency of process.
