Investigations on Mental Health Status in Recruits of a Certain Unit

目的了解某部新兵的心理健康状况，为有效实施新兵心理健康教育和心理干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表对735名新兵进行测试，并与军人常模和地方常模进行对比分析。结果新兵症状自评量表各因子分均显著低于军队常模（P均〈0．01）；躯体化因子分显著高于地方常模（P〈0．05），人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子分均显著低于地方常模（P〈0．01～0．05），其余各因子均无显著性差异；女兵恐怖因子分显著高于男兵（P〈0．05）。结论该部新兵总的心理健康水平较好，女兵的心理健康状况较男兵稍差。

Objective To understand the mental health status in recruits of a certain unit of the PLA in order to provide a scientific basis for mental health education and psychological intervention. Methods Tests were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）in 735 recruits and compared with soldier and local norm. Results Every factor score of SCL-90 of recruits was significantly lower than that of soldier norm（all P〈0.01）, somatization score was significantly higher（P〈0.05） and scores of interpersonal sensitiveity depression, hostility and paranoia were lower （P〈0.01-0.05） than local norm ,and there was no significant difference in other factor score; phobia scores of female were significantly higher than those of male soldiers （P〈0.05）. Conclusion General mental health levels of the recruits of the unit are better and mental health status of the female slightly poorer than those of the male soldiers.
