近年来,法学专业毕业生呈现"供过于求"的趋势,原因是多方面的。部分原因在于一些法律院校没有按照社会需求来培养学生的能力,以致"供需不符"。因此,探讨新时代背景下法科学生能力的社会需求,并以培养学生的实践能力为基础,形成面向社会需求的学生能力培养机制,是法律院校应解决的重要问题。

In recent years, law graduates showed the ＂oversupply＂ trend due to many factors. One of them was some law institutions did not follow the needs of the society to develop the capacity of students, which ＂does not match supply and demand. ＂Therefore, to explore the ability of social needs in a new era and to foster the ability of students based on practice,and form a demand--oriented type mechanism in students＇ capacity--building, are some important questions that the legal institutions should face.
