应用法学专业教学有着鲜明的技能培养目的。模拟法庭教学具有高度的实践性和实务性,对学生的实务技能的培养很有优势。本文从应用法学专业的特点出发,在对目前法学专业模拟法庭教学的现状进行评析的基础上,针对在应用法学专业开设模拟法庭实验课程提出构想。

The teaching of Applied Law Major aims vividly to skill training. Moot--court teaching helps effectively a lot to train the students＇ practical skill. This text tells the features of Applied Law Major, then analyses the current situations of moot-court teaching, finally puts forward the vision of offering the moot--court course in Applied Law Major.
