对高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of "Dual Teachers" of Higher Vocational Colleges

加强"双师型"师资队伍建设是弘扬高职特色、培养学生创新和实践能力、开展教学改革、提高教学质量的关键。我国高职院校"双师型"师资队伍建设的问题主要体现在认识误区、结构失衡、制度缺失等三个方面,本文相应地提出了转变观念、建立培训机制、发展产学研机制、大力引进优秀教师、营造有利于教师成长的良好环境等一系列对策建议。

Enhancing the cultivation of ＂Dual Teachers＂ is the key to promoting the characteristics of higher vocational education, training the students＇ practice and innovation capacities, implementing educational reform, and improving the quality of teaching. The cultivation of ＂Dual Teachers＂ in Chinas vocational Colleges has main problems in three aspects： misunderstanding, structural imbalance and system imperfection. Accordingly, this paper gives a series of suggestions and countermeasures, such as changing concepts, establishing a training mechanism, developing a mechanism for production, education and research, introducing more talented teachers, and creating a preferable environment for teachers＇ development.
