摘要
本文通过对高校人才的特点和新疆高校人才资源现状的调研与分析,指出问题的关键在于建立起合理的管理机制,并有针对性的从高校人才资源管理的角度提出建立人才引进、人才稳定、人才培训和教育、人才合理流动四个机制。
On the base of the predecessor's research theory, this essay unify the present situation of human resources & teacher team, and the present situation of the teacher team management in a university. Then the essay anaIyzes the main existent problem and proposes a plan to construct a system, which include introduction of qualified person, scientific management, the reasonable flowing.
