The production-learning-researching cooperative education pattern was benefited to students, universities and enterprises. The quality of the postgraduate students＇education would be increased through founding postgraduate students＇cultivation base between universities and enterprises. The practice and experience of it in Henan Polytechnic University was intro duced finally.
