高效液相梯度洗脱法测定甘薯中2组分含量

HPLC determination of 2 ingredients in Ipomoea batatas (L.)

目的建立测定甘薯中咖啡酸及芦丁2组分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil-C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为345 nm,流速为1 mL.min-1。结果在选定的色谱条件下,咖啡酸和芦丁的含量分别为0.026 03%和0.202 2%。结论本法简单易行,可用于甘薯中咖啡酸及芦丁的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 2 ingredients in Ipornoea batatas （L.）. Methods Kromasil-C18 was used as chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water （1% acetic acid） with detection wavelength at 345 nm and flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results Two ingredients in Ipomoea batatas （L.） were determined. Conclusion This method is simple and feasible and can be used for the determination of ingredients in Ipomoea batatas （L.）.
