Based on the thorough investigation, the paper makes vivid description and clear comparison between Zhouzhi dialect and the neighboring dialects, Dongfu dialect and Xifu dialect in phonetics through which the paper intends to find out similarities and differences of the dialects so as to further supplement and enrich the research materials of the Guanzhong dialect, and provides some useful materials for the research of Chinese language history.
