经济管理类专业如何按照质量工程的要求,加强实践教学,强化动手能力和业务能力的培养,是我们应该关注的问题。我们认为除了在教学中进行各种通用的、基本的、专项的技能训练以及去企业实习外,还要开发专业综合业务实训课程,培养学生的综合技术应用能力,真正做到上手快、业务熟、职业素养高,以尽快适应工作的需要。

To strengthen practice teaching and improve students＇professional and practising ability to meet the need of quality project, the paper suggests that, besides the basic, popular and special training of professional skills in normal teaching, the development of comprehensive training courses in economic management major play a very important role in cultivating students＇comprehensive abilities so as to serve the need of the job in a short time.
