摘要
研究生教育是我国教育的最高层次教育,肩负着为国家现代化建设培养高素质、高层次和创造性人才的重任,是增强我国综合国力和国际竞争力的重要支撑力量。然而随着研究生扩招规模的逐渐扩大,与社会对研究生的需求相比,研究生教育出现了相对过剩,研究生教育日益"本科化",教育质量下降,导师对研究生的指导日益形式化等等问题开始出现。面临这些问题,通过对英、美、法三国研究生教育的主要模式的比较研究,探讨了研究生教育未来发展的共同趋势,以期对我国研究生教育的改革带来一些思考和启示。
Postgraduate education lies at the top level of the education in China. Its main task is to train talents with high quality, high level and creativity for the country's modernization. It is also a major sustaining power to enhance the country's comprehensive power and international competitiveness. However, the decrease in the training quality of the postgraduates coincides with the large enrollment of these years. Compared with the main training patterns of the postgraduate education in three countries such as Britain, America and France, the thesis explores the common trend of the future development about the postgraduate education and aims at throwing light on the reform of the Chinese postgraduate education.
