摘要
高校的科研管理部门针对不同类别、不同成果的科研项目,如何把握立项—管理—结项这一项目周期的长短,以及如何评价不同周期的项目的绩效,对进一步推进高校科研管理模式的创新,加强科研项目管理,提高项目研究水平,为高校在研项目的数量和质量的持续增长有着现实意义。
The department of science and research management in Institutes of Higher Learning needs to know how long a research project lasts from application, management in the process till completion according to its type and the presupposed outcome. Meanwhile,knowing about how to evaluate the achievements of projects with different periods will promote the innovation of management, reinforce the management of research projects and improve the research level, which, hence, promotes the continuing growth of both the quantity and quality of the projects in research significantly.
