论高校师生关系与礼的教育

On Relations of Teachers and Students with the College Ritual Education

师生关系从古至今一直受到人们的重视,在中国古代,尊师重教是师生关系的第一准则,学生尊敬教师,服从教师。近现代师生之间的关系经历了师生之间严重对立到"教师中心论",再到良师益友的关系。但目前,高校师生之间出现了部分的畸变,其中一个很重要的原因是高校校园礼文化教育缺失。因此,高校应加强礼文化的教育,构建和谐的师生关系。

Tthe teachers and students relations have been valued from ancient times till now, in the Chinese ancient times, honoring the teacher and respecting education is the first criterion on teachers and students relations, the student respects the teacher, obeys the teacher. Near modem age, the relations experienced strong opposing to ＂the teacher center theory＂, then to good relations again. But at present, between the university teachers and students there exists part distortion. A very important reason is lack of ritual culture education in the university campus. Therefore, the university should strengthen the ritual culture education, con- structs the harmonious teachers and students relations.
