中部地区工业反哺农业的战略思考

Strategic Considerations on Industry Nurturing Agriculture in Central Region of China

工业反哺农业是构建和谐社会的要求,是打破"三农"问题产生根源的二元社会经济结构的要求,是扩大内需、促进经济持续、快速增长的要求,是发展农业生产、保障粮食安全和提高我国农产品国际竞争力的要求,我国经济发展总体上已经到了工业反哺农业、城市支持农村阶段,具备了工业反哺农业的能力。而中部地区多数是农业大省,尤其是要重视自身的差异,在工业反哺农业问题上要有新的思路和途径。

The overall thought of industry-nurturing-agriculture is the demand of the construction of a harmonious society, the breakthrough of the existence of dual-economic structure, the expansion of domestic demand, the promotion of a sustained, rapid growth of national economy, and the enhancement of international competitiveness of agricultural products. The economic development of China has totally arrived to the stage of industry-nurturing-agriculture and ability of industry-nurturing-agriculture. But the central provinces mostly are big agricultural provinces, they should thinking and new path of industry-nurturing-agriculture. particularly value the differences themselves, and have new thinking and new path of industry-nurturing-agriculture.
