摘要
在知识经济时代,高新技术企业的知识资本所有者——知识型员工成为企业管理的关键。如何有效地激励知识型员工,成为高新技术企业管理者首要考虑的问题。从我国高新技术企业对知识型员工的管理现状和问题出发,结合知识型员工的个性特征,从全方位薪酬制度、企业软文化、双重职业途径及建立学习型组织等多个方面提出了有效管理高新技术企业知识型员工的管理措施。
In Knowledge-based time, the owners of intellectual capital in hi-teeh enterprises become the key of knowledge-based enterprise staff management. As a result, it is a top priority for managers of hi-tech enterprises to find a way to motivate them effectively. This paper starts from the status and problems in China's hi-tech knowledge-based enterprises on the staff management, with the knowledge of the personality of the staff, discusses all from the pay system, enterprise software culture, the establishment of dual career paths and learning organization, and other aspects of the effective management of knowledge-based hi-tech enterprises of staff management measures.
