六安市养老保险的现状、存在的问题及对策

The Status and Problems and Countermeasures of Old-age Insurance in the City of Lu'an

在分析六安市养老保险现状及存在问题的基础上,提出四个方面的对策建议:加快养老保险地方性法规建设,完善基本养老保险制度;学习贯彻落实十七大精神,努力扩大基本养老的覆盖面;加大养老保险基金的征缴力度,积极推进城乡统筹社会养老保险;严格工作规程,提高养老保险的社会化服务水平。

On the basis of analyzing the status and the problems of old-age insurance in the city of Lu＇an, the article gives four proposals： we should accelerate the building of local regulations and rules for pension insurance and perfect the basic old-age insurance system; we should study and implement the spirit of the 17th National People＇s Congress and do our best to expand the basic old-age insurance coverage; we should increase intensity of the collection of the pension insurance and actively promote urban and rural social old-age insurance; we should be strict with the work regulations and improve the social service level of the old-age insurance.
