摘要 变频调速异步电动机,由于是变频器对电动机供电产生轴电流比较严重,当轴电流流经轴承时,对轴承工作面电蚀严重,致使电动机不能正常工作。通常采取的措施是选用绝缘轴承,切断轴电流通路使轴承无电流流过,但绝缘轴承均为进口,供货周期长,价格昂贵,性价比不合理,为此研究绝缘端盖结构,以取代绝缘轴承。 For the variable-frequency adjustable-speed motor fed by inverter, the working surface is electrolyzed very seriously when shaft current flows passing by the bearing, so the motor can not operate normally. The common measures are to select insulated bearing to shut down the path of shaft current. Because the insulated bearings are all import ones, offering period is long and price is expensive, so the ratio of performance to price is not reasonable. In this paper, the structure of insulated endshield is researched instead the insulated bearing.
