摘要
以申沃产SWB6116型客车为平台,设计了一种基于机械式手动变速箱结构的混联式混合动客车动力系统.该系统的特征在于取消变速箱Ⅰ挡传动齿轮.根据中国城市公交城区循环工况的整车动力性及燃油经济性要求,对动力系统子系统发动机I、SG电机、驱动电机、电池和传动齿轮速比进行参数匹配.仿真计算结果表明,通过对各种因素的综合考虑,能够实现车辆预定的性能目标.
Based on the SWB6116 baseline bus from Sunwin, a series-parallel electric bus powertrain system was developed. It is characterized with a manual mechanic transmission whose first gear set is removed. Major powertrain components, such as engine, integrated starter generator, traction motor, battery and gear ratios, etc. , are selected to meet the requirements on dynamic performance, economic performance under the Chinese transit bus city driving cycle. The simulation results validate that the desired performances can be achieved on the basis of comprehensive study of different factors.
