我国高校院系资料室建设中存在的主要问题及其对策

The Construction of Department Reference Room:Main Problems and Countermeasures

高校系级资料室是高校教师进行教学科研、学生进行毕业论文撰写的重要场所,资料室的建设对增强教师的学术水平和提高学生检索中外文献的能力都具有十分重要的现实意义。但目前有许多高校的系级资料室都存在着职能不完善等现状,如何更好地解决这些问题,必须从提高资料员专业素养,提高资料的利用率,建立资料更新机制等方面入手。

Department reference room, as a main area for college teachers and students information and data retrieval and search, is of great significance in improving teachers＇ academic and teaching ability and students＇ thesis writing. But the current situation of department reference room is far from satisfication. So the author analyzes some main problems in construction and poposed corresponding suggestions according to her own experiences in libaray works.
