浅议高校师德建设

The Construction of University Teachers' Professional Ethics

师德建设是教师队伍建设中的一项重要内容。在市场经济的各种引诱下,高校师德建设出现了诸多问题,影响了高校的办学质量和教学声誉。基于此,对高校师德建设中存在的问题及形成原因进行了分析,并提出了提升高校师德建设的建议。

The building of teachers＇ ethics is an important part in teachers＇ development. Owing to various tempta- tions of econonic marketing system, many problems has arised in university teachers＇ ethics which seriously affect the university＇s teaching quality and reputation. Therefore, the paper analyzes the existing problems and possible causes and proposes some constructive suggestions to the building of teachers＇ professional ethics.
