摘要
在转盘式空蚀磨损试验台上以45钢为对比材料,对1Cr13不锈钢的空蚀磨损性能进行了试验研究,结果显示1Cr13的抗空蚀磨损性能优于45钢,1Cr13的空蚀孕育期比45钢的空蚀孕育期长。分析表明:1Cr13材料的空蚀磨损机理是微射流作用引起的疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展与空泡溃灭的热作用引起的材料熔化的联合作用;45钢材料的空蚀磨损机理是微射流作用引起的疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展。
The cavitation erosion of 1Cr13, compare with 45 steel was studied on the rotatingdisc cavitation erosion tester. Results showed that: the resistance of cavitation erosion of 1Cr13 was better than 45 steel, and the gestating time of cavitation erosion of 1Cr13 was longer than 45 steel. It was showed that the cavitation erosion mechanism of 1Cr13 was the combination of the generating and extending of fatigue cracking produced by micro- liquid jetting and the material melting produced by bubble collapse; the mechanism of 45 steel was only the generating and extending of fatigue cracking produced by micro - liquid jetting.
