摘要
阐述了三极并联齿轮泵的结构原理,对齿数选择进行了分析。当取主齿轮齿数z1=3k±1时,泵输出流量的脉动率显著减小,脉动频率增加,流量品质得到明显改善。
Have studied the structural principle of the new three - pole parallell gear pump, and made a choice of the teeth number of gears, in admitting the main gear teeth z1 = 3k ± 1, the pulsation rate of the pump output has been significantly reduced, but the frequency of ripple increased, so the quality of the flow has been markedly improved, the conclusions can be referenced for design.
