摘要
离心式水泵在运行过程中发生汽蚀是一种常见的故障现象。汽蚀的发生,会造成水泵扬程、流量及效率的显著下降,同时还会产生噪音和振动。汽蚀严重时导致水泵吸不上水而断流,过大的水锤压力甚至会损坏水泵的过流部件。通过分析汽蚀产生的原因及危害,探讨如何增强水泵的抗汽蚀性能,避免汽蚀现象的产生,以提高水泵的运行效率,延长水泵的使用寿命。
Cavitation is a usual accident phenomenon in the pumps running course. The lift, water quantity and the efficiency go down because of cavitation, which also results in noise and vibration. Cavitation leads in water interception when it is serious. The pressure of water hammer is so high that it damages the overflowing parts. Analyzes the reasons and the damage of cavitation and discusses how to improve the anti - cavitation ability of water pumps so as to avoid cavitation and to improve the pumps efficiency and life.
