摘要
带式输送机在煤矿提升运输中起着举足轻重的地位,带式输送机输送带跑偏在物料运输过程中时有发生,是造成输送带磨损、撕裂的主要原因。通过对带式输送机在使用过程中容易出现输送带跑偏的形式、跑偏原因及处理方法的分析,提出了输送带跑偏后的集中解决方法。
Belt conveyor is one of the most important parts during hoist conveyance of mining. Belt conveyor＇ s disalignment often happens during conveyance, and it＇ s the main factor resulting in wear and tear of conveyer belt. Belt＇s disalignment, its affecting factor and disposal method are analyzed. Furthermore, the main solution that dispose the belt＇s disalignment is proposed.
