逆向工程是先进制造技术的主力,是消化和吸收先进技术的一种手段。介绍了逆向工程的内容以及基于Pro/E软件系统中的Pro/Scantools模块来实现零件逆向设计制造的方法和关键步骤—数据处理、3D模型重构,通过实例证明这种方法的可行性和便易性。
As a new method of the advanced manufacture technology, reverse engineering is the main means for absorbing the advanced technology. The main contents of the reverse engineering are introduced and how to use the Pro/Scantools in Pro/Engineering to manufacture and design products based on reverse engineering are pre- sented. Data management and 3D model reconstruction were cited as the key steps, and an example was given to prove the method feasibility and convenience.
