摘要
在前项研究已经构建起商业银行行长胜任力模型的基础上,本研究运用追踪研究法对已经通过胜任水平测评的10名被试行长进行了为期一年的绩效考核追踪研究。在一个绩效年度结束后,运用基于行长胜任力模型的考核方案对10名被试者的实际经营绩效和能力素质展现情况进行了考评。考评结果说明,10名被试行长的经营业绩表现及胜任能力素质表现较好,充分发挥了应有的管理水平。这充分表明,前项研究所建构的行长胜任力模型具有一定的科学性,达到了相当的信度和效度,能够真正预测和区分绩效表现优秀的行长,可以进一步推广使用,进而构建基于胜任力模型的现代商业银行人力资源管理体系。
On the basis of competency model for governors of commercial bank established in the former study, this study employed the longitudinal approach to follow the performance of ten objective governors for one year, who had passed the competency test, and assessed their actual operating performance and capabilities according to the governor competency model's requirements. The results show that all ten governors perform well in their operating achievements and competency and give full play to their tal- ents. Given these results, this competency model appears excellent liability and validity and can be used to forecast and distinguish well-performed governors. Moreover, this model can also be extended to the basis of modem commercial bank's human resource management system.
