摘要 介绍了国家"863"高技术研究发展计划资助项目φ9.04m泥水气平衡盾构推进液压系统的设计计算。为了降低成本,减小控制复杂程度,保证盾构沿着设计路线准确地向前推进,系统液压缸采用分区控制;为了满足实际工作的需要,采用比例减压阀控制;推进系统采用负载敏感控制技术的节能设计。 Introduced hereby is the design calculation of the thrusting hydraulic system for φ9.04 m slurry air balanced shield machine, which is among the projects financed in the 863 Plan for National Hi-tech Research and Development. To lower the cost, simplify the control and guarantee to thrust the shield machine accurately along the design alignment, zone control is adopted over the hydraulic cylinder of the system. To meet the needs in actual operation, proportional control is realized through the pressure-relief valve. The thrusting system is designed to adopt the load sensing technique for energy saving.
