主要介绍了机械故障诊断中的油液分析技术,包括油液的光谱分析技术和油液的铁谱分析技术。简要阐述了光谱和铁谱技术的基本原理,概括了铁谱分析的关键设备——铁谱仪,并进一步说明了这两种技术的应用场合、分析方法和优缺点以及它们在设备诊断中的应用。
This paper introduces the oil analysis technology of mechanical fault diagnosis, including the technology of oil spectrographic analysis and oil ferrographic analysis, simply elaborates the basic principle of spectrographic technology and ferrographic technology, outlines the key equipment of ferrographic analysis - iron spectrometer, and further explains application situations of these two kind technologies, the analysis method ,advantages and disadvantages, as well as their application in the equipment diagnosis.
