评价公路信息管理系统的开发是否达到预期的要求,要根据系统的本身特性和开发的目的来选择有效合理的评价方法。从经济和技术两方面对系统进行了评价,提出了基于层次分析的经济技术评价方法。

The effective and rational evaluation methods must be selected to evaluate if the development of the highway information management system has reached the required standard according to the features of the system itself and the targets of the development. This paper makes evaluation on this system from the technological economy and the technology, and puts forward an economic ＆ technological evaluation method based on the hierarchical analysis.
