This paper analyzes the problems existing in the intellectual property work of university, and advances some countermeasures of establishing the administrative organization of intellectual property and perfecting the management system, utilizing the patent information platform, making correct guidance on the industrialization of intellectual property, and strengthening the propaganda and training of intellectual property.
