大学生村官计划是给大学生谋就业、为新农村找人才的"双赢"之举,它对基层干部队伍的建设具有重要意义。但是,在实践中一些地方政府、干部群众和大学生村官自身在认识和行动上出现了一些偏差,以至于走入了一些误区。试图对这些误区加以剖析并探讨避免走入这些误区的方法和途径。

The program of university student village officer is a win-win pattern being helpful enough in finding employment for university graduates and searching for able executives for new socialist village, so it means a great deal to the construction of cadre groups in the grass roots. But some local governments, cadres and people, and the university student village officers have some misinterpretations of the program because they warp somewhat in understanding and practicing this program. This article attempts to analyze these misunderstandings and explore the solutions and approaches about how to avoid warping in the practice of this program.
