200MW汽轮机弯轴特性曲线的探讨

DISCUSSION ON FEATURE CURVE OF SHAFT FLEXURAL DEFORMATION OF A 200MW STEAM TURBINE

本文通过大庆油田热电厂200MW机组启动时测振的经验及对弯轴事故的总结，画出了200MW汽轮机弯轴特性曲线，并阐述了它的一般规律和控制弯轴事故的措施，对机组的运行和检修有一定的参考价值。

Based on the experience in vibration measurement of a 200MW turbine during start - up and analysis of the unit shut-down due to shaft fiexural deformation, this paper suggests a feature curve of shaft flexual geformation for 200MW tur-bines, and describes the general behaviour of shaft fiexural deformation and the measures against such deformation. This paper is of referance for turbine operation and maintenance.
