摘要 对北仑发电厂二期工程#3汽轮发电机组的振动波动进行了测试,对数据进行了详细计算,结合振动趋势、振动频谱等进行分析,应用故障诊断原理判断其振动波动的原因为动静轻微摩擦,并结合经验认为,产生摩擦的原因是油挡处积炭引起,利用停机机会进行积炭处理后振动正常。 The vibration wave of the turbo-unit for the second-phase project in Beilun Power Plant was tested, and the data were calculated in details so that the slight rubbing was considered as the reason of a vibration wave by combining with analysis of vibration trend and vibration spectrum, and using the fault diagnosis. Based on our experience, it was thought that the reason of the rubbing was caused by carbon deposit in the oil catch, the vibration was normal after treating carbon deposit during the unit'shutdown.
