摘要
SMW工法是一种劲性复合围护结构,用于基坑开挖工程。以上海地铁M8线的明挖敞开段施工为例,介绍了从整平场地、测量放样定线、开挖导槽、放置定位型钢、移动搅拌桩机就位等前期准备工作;再具体介绍了施工顺序、水泥浆液制备及浆液注入、前台施工、H型钢插入、围梁制作、施工冷缝处理、渗漏水处理、H型钢拔除等关键工序。最后指出施工中的几个关键。
SMW method is using a rigid complex fencing structure for excavation of the foundation pit. With the example of the open section excavation on Shanghai Metro Line 8, the preparatory work is first introduced, including ground leveling, setting out, excavation of the guide slot, placing the positioning formed steel and moving the pile mixer in place. Then the specific sequence of construction follows, including such key steps as mortar preparation and injection, front operation, insertion of H-formed steel, fabrication of the girt, treatment on the construction cold joint and infiltration water and removal of the H-formed steel. Keys to construction are finally pointed out.
