对轨道交通全过程资产管理进行了探讨。介绍了国内轨道交通资产管理发展的现状,分析了在规划设计阶段、建设阶段、运营阶段资产管理的重要性及存在的问题,探讨了解决问题的措施。最后提出建立资产管理的支持体系,以完善资产管理。

A probe is made into the asset management over the full process of rail transit system construction, including the introduction of its existing development in China, analysis of the importance and existing problems in stages of planning, design, construction and operation, and initial studies on solutions to such problems, with a proposal for establishment of a system to support and improve asset management.
