摘要
分析了地下车站深基坑工程施工中产生质量风险、安全风险、管理风险的原因及其后果。针对工程风险,从质量、安全和管理方面提出了监理的防范对策。管理人员只有不断总结对风险源的认识,才能更好地进行风险防范。
Analysis is made of the causes and consequences of the risks in quality, safety and management during construction of the deep foundation pit for the underground station, with preventive measures in supervision proposed therefrom. Only the management fully knows the source of risks can they be better avoided.
