碳纤维布在旧桥加固应用中可用于受拉区和受压区加固。通过对550t重车经过沙港桥时的内力验算表明,不能满足正常使用极限状态下的桥梁性能,梁底将产生裂缝。由此进行了碳纤维布桥梁加固,并进行了荷载测试,验证了加固后桥梁的安全性。

Carbon fiber cloth can be used to strengthen old bridges in the location under control and pressure. It is shown through verification of the internal force on Shagang Bridge when a 550 t heavy truck passes by that the bridge under the extreme condition beyond normal service will cause cracks in the breast. So the bridge is strengthened with the carbon fiber cloth, goes through the load test and the safety of the strengthened bridge is verified.
