摘要
高速公路地道的混凝土挡墙裂缝修复和养护是个突出问题。以安亭汽车城的地道混凝土挡墙为例,分析了裂缝产生的原因,介绍了对裂缝处凿成U型槽、排水处理、钢筋防锈、填充砂浆的施工流程。其中砂浆选用是关键,通过采用RIS322聚合物砂浆取得的效果,并与普通砂浆从施工成本和养护成本直接费用比较,指出采用新型耐久性材料是今后方向。
It is a prominent problem to repair and cure the cracks in the concrete retaining wall in the underpass of an expressway. Hereby with the one in Anting Automobile Town for example, the cause for cracks is analyzed, including the construction flow such as the chisel at cracks into U-formed slot, drainage treatment, antirust of reinforcement and mortar filling, of which, mortar selection is the key. Based on the result from adopting RIS322 polymer mortar and comparison with ordinary mortar in the direct expense of construction and maintenance cost, it is indicated that adoption of the new endurable material is the trend in future.
