肾素血管紧张素系统与糖尿病肾病相关性研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 肾素血管紧张素系统是生理功能颇为复杂的内分泌系统，对糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有重要影响。目前由于糖尿病肾病（DN）所致终末期肾功能衰竭（ESRD），需行维持透析的患者数每年都在增加。为之耗费大量人力、物力、财力，可见对于DN发病机制和预防治疗的研究显得尤为重要。
