重油催化裂化装置分馏塔顶循环回流脱水新技术 被引量:3

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化分公司0.8Mt/a重油催化裂化装置于2004年底掺炼焦化蜡油后,分馏塔结盐倾向增大,平均4个月就需要洗塔一次,对装置生产造成了较大的影响。针对以上出现的问题进行了分析、计算和试验,提出了分馏塔顶循环回流脱水技术,并在克拉玛依石化分公司催化裂化装置上进行了应用。应用结果表明,该技术投用后,不仅解决了分馏塔结盐问题,而且分馏塔顶温度可控制在93℃左右,汽油干点可降至150℃左右,柴油初馏点可降至143℃左右,实现了大幅增产柴油的目标。应用该技术产生的经济效益达到491.4×10^4RMB¥/a。 After coker gas oil was blended into the feed of the 16,000 b/d FCCU of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company at the end of 2004, salt deposition tendency in the main fractionator became increased and the tower had to be cleaned every 4 months, which imposed a great impact on the unit operation. Through the analysis of the problem, calculation and testing, a new dehydration technology for the overhead circulating reflux of the main fractionator was proposed and applied in the FCC unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company. Not only the application of this technology has solved the salt deposition problem of the main fractionator, but also the overhead temperature of the fractionator can be controlled at about 93 ℃, the end point of gasoline can be lowered to about 150 ℃ and the initial boiling point of diesel is reduced to about 143 ℃. The diesel yield is greatly improved and the annual profit is 4.914 million Yuan (RMB).
