摘要
南方某炼油化工项目厂址位于广州市南沙区的珠江管理区及万顷沙的规划区,地处珠江流域下游的河网区。该区域属于南亚热带季风气候区,多雨潮湿。该区域的场地均为围垦吹填形成的藕塘、水田,地势低洼、平坦.平均标高为-1~0 m,在汛期,外江水位长时间高于规划区的地面标高,各排涝河涌的排涝水闸无法抢排、无法腾空河涌容积。为了在有效防止规划区内涝水侵入厂区的前提下,尽量减少土石方工程、节省投资,对厂区场平标高的确定进行了分析和探讨,通过预测最不利条件,建立了规划区内涝水位的计算公式,再根据工厂的特点,合理确定了厂区的场平标高。
The of Nansha District, of the area belongs plant site of a refining and chemical complex is located in the planned area of Wanqingsha Guangzhou, which is in the river network of downstream of Pearl River Valley. The climate to South Asia Torrid Zone monsoon maritime climate, which is rainy and wet. The plant site occupies lotus and water ponds formed via land reclamation. It is low and is -1 to 0 m. In flood season, the water level of outer river is always higher planned area. Therefore, it is impossible to drain out flood water by the flood fiat, and the average elevation than the grade elevation of the gates to leave out sufficient volume of river streams. To effectively prevent inundation, minimize the earth work and save the investment, the determination of grade elevation of the plant site is analyzed. The grade elevation of the plant site is appropriately calculated and decided based upon plant's special characteristics and the established formula and in consideration of the most unfavorable conditions.
