摘要 硫回收装置在炼油厂环保方面占重要地位,其工艺介质复杂,对钢材的腐蚀较为严重。考虑到装置的长周期运行,对国内外硫回收装置的管道选材作了比较。结合工程设计经验,对该类装置的管道设计及选材问题进行分析,总结了国内设计选材原则,介绍了国外引进工艺包选材要求和特点。 The sulfur recovery unit, due to its complex process and serious corrosion to steel materials, is an important process unit which affects environmental protection performance in refinery operation. To extend the operation cycle of the unit, the piping material selection of the sulfur recovery units both in China and abroad are compared, and the piping design and material selection are analyzed based upon project engineering experience. The piping selection criteria in China are discussed and material selection requirement and characteristics of process design package from foreign process licensors are described.
