炼化企业MES及其异构数据源的完善

ROLE OF MES IN PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

从炼化企业生产执行系统MES在整个信息化管理系统中的重要地位出发,介绍了MES的整体功能结构和在生产执行中发挥的作用,以及对有效实施MES系统的关键环节——由各种异构数据源建立统一的MES实时数据库所采取的具体措施。结果表明:MES企业生产执行系统使企业资源管理层ERP与生产过程控制层PCS实现了无缝对接,达到了以最优化生产过程获取最大效益的目的。

On the basis of the importance of MES in the overall information management system of petrochemical enterprises, the functional modular of MES and the role it plays in manufacturing execution are described. The key links in the implementation of MES system and measures for the establishment of an integrated MES real-time data base are presented. The results show that the MES system has made it possible for the seamless linking of Enterprise Resource Planning （ERP） with Process Control System （PCS）. The production is optimized and the profitability is maximized.
