摘要
试验研究帘线-橡胶复合材料的压缩失效模式。结果表明,帘线-橡胶复合材料在较小的循环压缩负荷下即可发生破坏;高分子材料分子内摩擦产生的高温对材料性能的影响远超过环境温度的影响,采用低滞后高分子材料对提高帘线-橡胶复合材料的抗压缩性能有利。
The failure mode of cord-rubber composite under compressive load was experimentally investigated. The results show that the failure of the cord-rubber composite could occur under relative small cyclic compressive load; the internal molecular friction of polymer material contributes more to this failure than ambient temperature; and use of polymer with low hysteresis and reduction of maximum compressive stress in design will improve the resistance to this failure.
