高职院校青年教师职业道德现状的调查分析

近几年来,随着高等职业教育事业的快速发展,青年教师成为了高职院校教师队伍中的生力军。通过对高职院校青年教师职业道德现状的问卷调查,从教师的道德修养、教学态度、师生关系和专业素质等方面进行了分析,为高职院校教师职业道德教育与研究提供了现实参考。

In recent years, with the quick development of higher vocational education, young teachers have become the main teaching force in higher vocational colleges. By conducting a survey of the status quo of young teachers＇ professional ethics and analyzing the moral cultivation, teaching attitude, teacher-student relationship and professional quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper provides references for the education and study of teachers＇ professional ethics in higher vocational colleges.
